PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

During peak sale periods or high demand, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience — we're making sure every order is packed and shipped with care.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, customs processing, high volume periods, or other circumstances outside of our control.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update — carriers sometimes take a few days to scan packages into their system.

If your tracking number has not updated after 7 business days, please contact our support team and we will investigate immediately.


FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders of $59 or more. No code needed — the discount is applied automatically at checkout. Orders under $59 ship for a flat rate of $5.95.


CUSTOMS & DUTIES (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the United States, please note that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not able to predict or control these fees.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship to the correct address at no additional charge for the first occurrence.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Check your mailbox, front porch, side door, and any safe spots where carriers typically leave packages
  3. Wait 48 hours — sometimes tracking updates before actual delivery
  4. Contact your local carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) with your tracking number

If you still cannot locate your package after following these steps, contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.


P.O. BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES

We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard estimates.
